Senator Kittleman does not make the selections for recipients of Senatorial Scholarships for Legislative District #9 (West & North Howard and South Carroll Counties).

Selection is financial need based and in order for a request to be considered a FAFSA must be filed.

Delegates Bates and Miller of District 9A and Delegate Krebs of District 9B make their own selections for Delegate Scholarship recipients.
