Mr. Dangel criticizes the State Delegation's decision on the 2006 commissioner districting. He claims that the Commission Districting decision was nonpartisan. He fails to write that the Commission was divided 4-3 over party lines over the final decision. All three Republican Party appointees opposed the Commission's decision.
